The Dark Floor Rises!

Assalamualaikum.   

As korang dah tahu, rumah aku connected to the carpark kan. Ah tu the link bridge to the carpark. The lower one is level 4 which is my floor lah. Yang atas tu level 6 which is not my floor lah. Hahahah!   

Aku happy max ah dapat this floor with the connected bridge. Macam staying at 1st storey tapi 4th storey. Ah gitu ah. Faham kan?   

Last Saturday, 07/12/2013, look see look see on what has been done. So far not much ah. But IDs cakap they are fabricating the cabinets. Korang tak tahu kan apa maksud tu? Yek eleh, tu pun tak tahu. It means, dorang tengah buat ah the cabinets. Aku pun actually tak tahu. Dan yang bilang. Huahuahua! 

I can see those glass kerb at both of our toilets risen.  Common toilet standard ah buat at the corner, square shape. Dan cakap door will be sliding door cause space constrain, better to make a sliding door. Ok boss!

The MBR toilet, we separate the wet and dry area that way. The glass panel will have door in the center (ke centre? I always have this problem). I wanted a sliding door for it too but Dan cakap will be pricey so ok lorrrr swing door jer lorrr.   

Both sinks will be gone and will be replaced with my beautiful glass sinks that will sit on my beautiful cabinets with my beautiful fountain tap. Action sey lu Annisa. LOL!

I hate the toilet door. Korang tengok ah. Dah lah besar and gemok macam badak. Lepas tu swi swi sey open and almost kiss the sink. I wana change my sink and put cabinet so confirm MBR toilet door got to go.  

I thought of changing the common toilet too but Dan adviced not too cause when all doors close, the toilet doesn't look like toilet, it looks like a room too. Ok ada point. And furthermore it doesn't kiss any cabinets or sinks so let it be. Alright boss.

Other then  the glass kerb, the kitchen cabinets platform has risen too. Ni kali aku visit, banyak risen risen ah hence the blog title. Where I'm standing, my oven cabinet will grow there. Opposite will be the sink and kitchen hob and kitchen hood and more cabinets. On the left will be the fridge.   

Skirt aku lawa eh. Kasut aku pun lawa eh. 

Oh and speaking of fridge, kita dah beli fridge. Woohoo! Big big good good can keep my cakes! Hello you big silver fat boy! Suka ah! And kita dapat free home theater worth $499. Best kannnn! 

Ni washing machine kita, FYI my MIL bought that for us. Thank you ibuuuuu!!! Sayang you many many! We bought at Audio house. MIL aku ajak pergi sana cause kat sana murah. Then dorang cakap kalau kat luah ada cheaper than the price they sell, come back to them. Ceh confident dok. Audio house located at, erm Bendemeer. Go ah Google on it k. Hahaha tak guna per aku.

Sitting nicely in the box is our dearest Earl Grey craftstones! They will be placed on a wall where the tv area will be. Dan cakap the wall project started yesterday so tak tahu now dah settle ke belum.   

More to come on that area. For now, you know the false celing and the wall feature. Next, kene tunggu the risen of something pulak there. Gahhhh!!

Tu tuan pengerusi tengah buat inspection. So as you can see, the tiles are white. Soon, it will be different. Soon tu tak tahu bila yet but I doubt by this week ah cause dorang nak settle kan the light fixture. 

Floor tiles kita tuka living room area jer. Bilik semua stick to HDB punya tiles ah. Boringggg tapi apa nak buat, budget dok budget. Ni pun nasib amik dengan HDB. Kalau tak, reno lagi rabak dok! Ingat taknak tuka to what we have been wanting tapi gatal, nak jugak tuka. Gasak korang lah. Korang tu referring to me and Qiey ah bahahaha! 

Dari service yard, boleh main lambai-lambai dengan orang kat Jalan Kayu. Nak order prata, pekik jer. Ceh over eh. Step mana nyer dekatttt jer tapi dekat mah. FYI, ni port bapak aku dah chop as his smoking area. LOL! 

And FYI again, he brought home No Smoking sign tapi kat rumah, dia yang hisap rokok. Aper jer tauuuu bapak akuuu!! Hahahaha!   

Eh dah ah, penat ah aku layan korang. Bye!

Tembok sua pecah!

Assalamualaikum.

01.12.2013, aku went over to our house as my dad nak amik measurements of the store. Iyoloh, my dad will be fixing the rack yang kat dalam store tu. Bapak aku tu welder so things are all prepared at his workshop so apa lagik, free ah jawapnyer heh heh.   

And also nak humban these lights there. Lights for bathrooms, corridor, kitchen and store. Bilik tak payah cause all consists of the ceiling fan with light.

Went over with my parents, elder brother and niece. Tuan pengerusi kerja daaaa... What have been seen are our kitchen wall is half hacked, false ceiling has been created and younger brother's room wall has been hacked (see photo above by ID on Thursday itself).   

The reason is to allow our built-in wardrobe to be fixed there. We want to have an open wardrobe (means no doors lah duh) but come to think of it, we should close it cause baju kita banyak sey, confirm nampak berserak.   

And the wardrobe is exactly depan pintu bilik (opposite our toilet). Pintu bilik tak tutup, terus can see our wardrobe. Well not really ah cause the room door covers abit. Furthermore habok ah nanti. Aku pantang bertemu dengan habok. Lama-lama aku tak tahan, aku pasang jer lah curtain draw. Qiey pun ok with the idea (phew!).   

Kitchen wall tu we might be putting a table top so it shall be like a bar counter. Gotta put 2 tall chairs there and just chill and have a beer. Eh tak eh.   

Center of false ceiling is definitely gona be a ceiling fan. I thought the fan don't hafta have light as the false ceiling itself have enough lights but tuan pengerusi nak jugak. That will of course be our tv area. It shall be my favourite part. 

Many more jobs to be done there. Excited ah! Cepat sikit lah Dan cakap dengan dorang! Oh ok ok jangan cepat sangat, nanti kerja tak senonoh pulak.   

I am pretty pleased that my house was in a proper manner. As in dorang bersih kan ah after their job. Aku ingat bila aku masok, rumah dah macam tongkang pecah. Everything is neatly arranged at 1 side. Good job uollz!   

When the next time aku visit, aku make sure rumah dah jadi. Ceh tu macam aku can only visit end month sey. Ahhhh I really hope it will end by this year. Wana start 2014 in new house. InShaaAllah. 

Pening choose benda!

12th November, aku amik leave just so we can meet up with our ID. Si Qiey baru balik kerja that morning so at 2pm, ID kita (and his junior) fetch us and bring us around Singapore. Well almost ah.   

Ok the ID we choose is Omus Living. Terus terang, aku malas max part nak recce recce ni semua. Bila nak kawin pun gitu. Pergi expo, nampak pelamin Decorama cantik, ok sign. Sign dengan WeddingKu cause abang aku nyer good friend punya wife is 1 of the mak andams. Ah camtu ah. So aku choose Omus cause the ID is my good friend. Settle. Furthermore, I've seen their works and I love them so lets go!   

Kita went over to choose table top for kitchen cabinet. Sememangnyer korang tahu yang aku idam kan pink kitchen so mine shall be pinkish whitish kitchen! Yeayyy! Aku actually nak hot pink and black but I think I'll settle with pastel pink and white instead. Lagi sweet kan, macam aku.   

Ok next!

Ah ni stop best sebab I get to choose lotsa things!! Ah iyer, part total sum pun best jugak. Macam free gitu kan. gah! We started off with the kitchen sink and tap. I'm the type of person yang suka sink besar. So far sinks at my houses are all yang half half. Aku rimas ah geng. Especially part nak wash the mixing bowl. So I settled with this Franke sink. Salegirl cakap ni walaupun branded, tapi murah and it is anti scratch. Aku tak tahu menahu pasal sink branded. aku tahu bags jer. Hah!

And lepas cuci pinggan mangkok, I sometimes have the habit of scrubbing the sink. Abeh leceh nak wash off the soap with the tap being stagnant. Aku pulak fall in lup dengan kawan aku nyer tap. Best sey ni, can take off and spray the whole sink. Superb! Aku takde eyes for any other tap. Aku terus choose yang ni.

Next, toilet sinks. Actually rumah kita memang dah ada toilet sink ah tapi sajer jer kita nak spice up sikit toilet kita. I'm a sucker for pretty things lah. I ended up choosing these 2. 1  for MBR toilet and another for the common toilet.

Abeh sink tap pulak, we love the round tap cause the water keluar macam fountain gitu. Cool kan! Wanted to take for  both toilets tapi orang tu cakap since sink kita 1 rectangular,   we take something rectangular jugak lah. Then after afew days, we decided to change both to the circle tap instead. Too pretty lah, must get for both toilets noh!

The oven! The oven! Aku nampak oven ni, aku fall in lup! Maybe cause it looks so slick and full mirror so sambil tunggu cake aku menjadi, aku boleh duduk depan oven and tangkap jambu eh.   

With bigger oven, I can bake bigger cakes! Or even bake  more cupcakes at 1 time! Or bake 2 pans of 9" or 10" cakes at a go! Best nyer! Best nyer! Best nyerrrrrrrrrrrr!!! 

Kita beli apa lagi eh kat sana. Ermmmm.... I think kipas, water heater, bidet spray & strip lights. Tu semua aku tak amik gambar cause either aku lupa or tak perlu or not in shop and only in catalogue. 

Dah settle our purchase so off to choosing the colours of  our wardrobes and such. Banyak yang kita kene choose becauseeeee.... Because stonecold say so! Kalau rumah dah in the progress of siaping, akak amik gambar then uollz will know why. 

Semalam, 26/11/2013, ID kita bilang yang niari dah boleh start hacking. Means renovation is starting vair vair soon. and little will we know, our house will be ready. InShaaAllah InShaaAllah!

Ya Allah, myself and Qiey are super dee duper excited. Tak sabar sabar rumah nak start reno and especially when it is over. InShaaAllah all will turn out good. Pray for our smooth "delivery" k. Bahahahaha!   

P/S Dan and Epin, thank you layan kan karenah kita. We trust you 2 on making our fernvale rumah idaman. Huahahaha!

Ghairah nak dapat rumah

Bila aku tengok orang update on their house progress, best sey tapi kalau 24/7 update, annoying kapper. Tapi iyer lah, tak orang tak kita kannn... Dorang mesti ghairah. Maklom dapat kotak kasut baru. Eh salah, maksud aku rumah baru.

Anyways aku pun nak update lah pasal rumah tapi taknak update 1 by 1 ah at FB. Aku rasa aku nak update kat blog for my personal knowledge. Haha personal knowledge? Apa aku merepek setan. For personal update lah mangkok.

Ni gambar from Instagram aku, 69 weeks ago haha! Rumah aku is the 1 at Fervale. It is called Fernvale Foliage (FF). Nama nak style jer. It is super near to Jalan Kayu. Gambar ni at Esso Jalan Kayu, ah dari sini can see  my house. Hellooo!

Ok so, kita mengesigned rumah ni exactly on 10.10.10. Bila kita apply macam tak ingat ah bro. Should be the same year kot. Kita tak amik kesah pun pasal rumah ni that time cause lagi lama mah siap.   

Masa berlalu, kita pun got married  yada yada then coming to mid 2013 (this year lah kan), aku dah rasa keghairahan nyer. Orang asik tanya bila nak ada anak, aku fed up. Tapi bila orang tanya bila nak ada rumah, tanya 10 kali pun aku rela jawab "end of this year agaknyer".   

Aku decided to join the FB page. Semangat dokz! Yang maha semangat are some of them. Betul punya update ah. Tapi bagus jugak. Atleast aku tahu jugak lah perkembangan FF.

Sekali dah tiba 1st blk dapat HLE letter, aku excited max ah. HDB website tu entah berapa kali aku check dalam 1 hari. Aku rasa around 4624 times ada ah. Next, blk kita babeee! 1 1 dapat letter dan tiba pulak masa kita.   

Cepat-cepat isi borang lepas tu nak tunggu approval pun lambat. Makan masa 2 weeks gitu ah. Dah approved, asik check bila nak dapat kunci. At 1st letak 4th quarter 2013 then end October. Tunggu tunggu tunggu and check website 5284 times per day, finallyyyyyy the date of key collection is out. It is stated 19 October 2013 at 10.10am.   

Nak tahu something? Kita kan sign rumah on 10.10.10, kita got married on 09.10.11 so 10+9=19! Nyehehehehe!! Ader ader jer aku eh. Abeh kan abeh kan, block kita is 451A tau so 4+5+1=10 abeh A is for Annisa Zahra and Ahmad Izzaqy. Cool per. Irrit aku tahu.

 Time nak collect keys, aku boleh sakit pulak! Keghairahan aku terjunam. It was on Saturday. Friday tu aku on MC. Stomach flu ah geng. Muntah-muntah. Bila at HDB, otak aku cuma nak balik jer and takmo muntah kat sana. Hari pulak hujan, terpaksa naik cab pergi balik (k ni info tak perlu).   

Planned ingat nak visit rumah after keys collection, tak kesampaian. Settle insurance gedebak gedebuk, bayar tu bayar ni, k ciao!

Besok nyer baru lah kita visit FF. Rumah kita level 4 sebab kita amik yang ada link bridge hehe. Jalan along the link bridge, belok kiri sikit, kanan sikit (where the lift is), kiri then straight jer, tu pun rumah kita. 

Dah tak sabar ni nak masuk. Bukak jer pintu, mak ai kecik per rumah. Aku ingat masuk jer store. Rupa nyer living room lah. Ok ok fine, aku over sikit. Taklah sekecik store tapi kecik ah. Alah tak kesah lah, yang penting, kita ada tempat tinggal daripada hidup menompang huhu (sedap kan hati). Aku bawab mak bapak adik aku. InShaaAllah rumah akan selalu dilindungi dan ditambah rezeki (in any form, not only in rezeki anak *jeling*)
